A total of 89 rooms, ten of which conatining interconnected doors, in the old house, four  luxurious suites, individually decorated with antiques and fine prints, complete with large bedrooms, separate sitting room or sitting area. Three junior suites in the new wing, with sweeping views over the bay and sea of Funchal and its majestic mountains.
Remaining guestrooms are situated in the new annexes, one with twin garden view rooms (6 with balcony), the other with superior view and balcony towards the bay and mountain rooms.
Four guestrooms are suitable for wheelchair guests.
